I located a vehicle on Carmax and purchased it from Heller Motors. The salesman and finance guru both were very very focused on my transaction. I would say their assistance was timely, accurate and most important complete. The finance papers had to be redone due to my incomplete information; this was handled almost immediately, no delay. My advice if you are buying from this dealer is to let them do whatever is necessary. Jake even processed the license application for an out-of-state sale. Very satisfied.

I found a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee at Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL, that I really liked on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through Cars and a salesman, Justin, called right away. I drove over 2 hours to get there and test drove it. I bought it outright with no hassle at all. They delivered it with new tires and alignment in a couple of days! They even filled the gas tank! I traveled a little bit over two hours one way to look at a vehicle at the dealership. Their was a misunderstanding whether my vehicle had a sunroof or not. And it was probably my fault. The sales staff were exceptionally understanding and for that reason and the vehicle being so nice. I went ahead and purchased it.

Excellent experience buying a new Cherokee L. Trade in amount was agreed too over email with pictures and salesman and finance manager we’re excellent. Only reason for 4 star was brand new car was filthy in and out on purchase. Otherwise absolutely great.
Awesome job by Heller Motors! This was my first experience of buying a vehicle from farther than just my surrounding states but the folks at Heller made it easy. Jeremy answered all my questions and got approval to include the missing OEM cargo bed divider with the deal. Then working with Keith to get everything to my local financing in a timely matter, scheduling delivery from Illinois to Alabama and finally taking delivery from the truck driver. I knew what vehicle I wanted, I called Heller and spoke to Kyle and told him what I was looking for and the terms that I required and in less than an hour he and the finance manager Jeff called me back they were able to do what I asked and I picked up the Jeep the following day. All said and done I was at the dealership for less than a 1/2 hour.

I think some Jeep dealers in the area would of just let us walk but Heller put us in the new Jeep that we were looking for. What could of been so-so customer service was quality.
