We stopped in this morning to begin our search for a new car for my wife. We did not expect to drive one home today. We met Trent as we were walking through the front door and the rest went as smooth as we could have asked for. Very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Least stressful car buying experience we’ve ever had. I used to equate car shopping with getting a root canal but Trent changed my opinion!

We recently purchased from Heller and live in Northern Michigan. Found the Lincoln Navigator on line and contacted Michael Wojcik at the dealership. Within 4 days we put money down to hold vehicle. We drove to Pontiac looked at car and closed the deal. Michael was so helpful in preparing for our arrival so once the decision was made it was minimal amount of time to be done and head home. There are about 8 Jeep dealerships within a 15 mile radius from where I live. Yet, I'll drive 1.5 hours to shop with Heller Motors in Pontiac. Custom ordered my first Wrangler with Jeremy M in 2022 and then upgraded to a Rubicon this year. Both times, Jeremy was responsive, up front with pricing, and fair on numbers. Never felt any pressure nor did he give some B.S. salespitch. He went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Buying a car from Trent was incredibly easy. I called Heller to ask about a specific Jeep, and Trent confirmed it was available and offered to have it pulled up and ready when I arrived. My husband and I highly recommend Heller Motors, Joe Andres in sales and Jimmy who helped us with all the paperwork and closed everything out. We have had a couple bad experiences with dealerships since we were wanting to buy in cash. When the car we wanted popped up on our search we called them and asked them for the itemized out the door price. Joe got it to me within 5 mins after requesting that via phone call. We are an hour and 15 mins from this dealer, so it was important to us to know numbers upfront. Them doing this showed us how much this dealership valued honest communication and transparency. It was easy to trust them and get in the car and make the hour+ drive. We were greeted by the front office the moment we walked in and by others in the building. Which made us feel welcomed. Joe got us in the car for a test drive and answered all our questions. It was easy to talk numbers with him and we were thrilled to see NO added fees once we sat down to talk numbers. We agreed on the out the door price and were passed off to Jimmy to finish us the paper work. We were in and out in about an hour and 20 mins. What shocked me was to hear how long some of their employees have been at this dealership. When you treat customers honestly, value transparency, taking care of clients and employees it’s easy to see why this dealership has been in business as long as it has. I have to be honest — this whole process started out with a LOT of anxiety for me after having one of the worst experiences of my life purchasing my previous Jeep. I walked into this situation expecting stress, confusion, and pressure all over again… and that could not have been further from what we experienced at Heller Motors. Kyle did absolutely everything right from start to finish. He truly walked us through the entire process, answered every single question I had (even the anxious ones), and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. The vehicle I was really interested in was at another location, and he personally had it brought over to the lot the very next morning so I could see it. He made the entire process feel easy and seamless, and somehow even got us out of there on time on Valentine’s Day so we could make it to our dinner reservations! Over the two days we were there, I watched Kyle constantly running around making sure not only we were taken care of, but that everyone else was happy as well. Having him as our salesperson genuinely made all the difference and helped me stay confident and excited about my purchase instead of overwhelmed. After my previous experience, I didn’t think buying another vehicle would ever feel this positive, but thanks to Kyle it absolutely did. ✨✨✨

The dealer was very nice having brought a car from another lot for me to look at then due to personal issues. I was unable to make it to Pontiac. They completely understood and treated me with respect. I didn’t realize how long it would take to get there and back and then after realizing it would be over five hours. I was unable to make the trip one phone call and they were completely understanding.

We knew what features we wanted on a car but didn't have a specific make or model in mind. Our salesperson (Trent) listened to what we needed and found the perfect car for us. This was my first time in about 15 years purchasing a vehicle from Heller Motors. Both my mom and I have had terrible experiences here in the last. However, I reached out to Justin Greenwell because I have been looking for a 1-Touch Jeep for years. I finally found one on their website and it was a fresh trade-in. Justin reached out to El Paso immediately and put a hold on it so it couldn't be sold. Justin kept me updated every step of the way while the vehicle was going through service. I'm not always the easiest person to work with as I've been working in some aspect of the automotive industry for several years. Justin was so beyond patient and understanding throughout everything. I work in the automobile business so coming into this purchase, I had a pretty high expectation on how I was hoping everything would go. I was pleasantly surprised with their process from start to finish. My sales guy (Brennan) was super helpful the entire way, his manager also made everything very easy, the finance manager Jimmy was quick on getting me paperwork, and the guy who handled the shipping was efficient. These guys are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited sahara. It had 95,000 miles on it. I got it offline and had it delivered. They did a walk around and had a couple of dings, but for the most part, seemed decent for the price which was below market value and it has been on their lot for nearly a year if not over. I was offered the extended 3 years power train warranty from Ford a couple of times and im so glad I got it after initially refusing. After 3 days, the radio screen malfunctioned and was in and out visually. The music still played, but the couldnt control volume or station. I later found out that i could control the music from the stiring wheel. The second week of driving it and the front wheel axel started leaking. So the first trial of warranty kicked in and they paid everything except for the $100 deductible. So I decided to change the rear differential fluid, since it seemed like it may have been awhile. The seal was an orange color and didnt look like the excess was wiped away before it dried.(the front looked the same before it was changed out). So I change it and notice that the spider gears were damaged. Took pictures and brought back to ford for warranty repairs. Currently waiting a month for the part. I am still driving it while I wait. Besides that I have changed the front and rear shocks, thermostat due to over heating about a month after purchasing, oil and the serpentine belt. As it is a jeep with plenty of issues, I feel like it could of been a big loss if didnt purchase the extended warranty. The back tire spare was also worn like it was in the death wobble for weeks. So I had to buy a new spare. The front door attachment bolts were missing as well as the jeep tool kit that I had to purchase. With the sealant dripping around the differential plates, they probably should of had the warranty paid for as part of the jeep. Serpentine belt and thermostat probably could of been replaced already as well. So I give a 3 star, jusy because it is a jeep. Or I would of gave less if they sold as is, slightly below the market value. Update: head gasket blown. Extended warranty did cover it.
