To the staff at Heller Motors,
I don't know how often you get thank you letters, but I just wanted to thank you for going above and beyond with outstanding customer service when my family and I were in a real emergency.
Two days before Christmas this past year, my wife, 3 young children and I set out on a a 2 day, 20 hour trip from Ottawa, Ontario Canada to visit her family in Hannibal, Missouri. We had driven all day when our heat suddenly went out of our old Dodge Caravan, and our engine began overheating. I didn't know what was wrong and stopped on the side of the road. When the engine cooled, we set out again, only it would start to overheat again. This went on for about 10 minutes and I realized I would need a mechanic ASAP! Imagine my surprise when I pulled into a gas station not 1/2 mile away and was told there was a Dodge dealership right next door! As we pulled in, our engine coolant completely ran out. We were stuck! We went inside, not knowing if anyone would be able to help us and were completely blown away by everyone inside going out of their way to help us. We were given a loaner van so we could continue our trip and our van, which had suffered from a broken coolant plug would be repaired that week so we could finish the rest of our trip. Within 40 minutes we were back on our trip and our van was being taken care of!
We are so grateful for each employee who went out of their way to help us, and for going above and beyond what was required. Looking back, our vehicle could have broken down anywhere, out in the middle of nowhere, and it could have made for a very miserable Christmas memory. Instead, we are left with profound gratitude and want to let you know how appreciative we are for your kindness.

My overall shopping experience with this dealership far exceeded superior in quality. From our salesperson, Gary Propes, to the General Manager, Greg Koch, who handled the financing that day due to the illness of the finance person, I could not have asked for anyone more qualified or friendly.
